Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: Will my information remain private?
A: Yes. Your information will remain 100% confidential.

Q: Are you an immigration company that handles immigration cases?
A: We assist you in two stages:

  1. Providing a fully professional and accurate evaluation based on your personal circumstances and scoring system.
  2. If, after evaluation, you meet our company’s minimum required score, we will accept and process your case through one of our contracted official lawyers.

All answers are prepared in cooperation with official immigration lawyers in the destination country.
All lawyers are licensed, registered, and specialized in immigration law.

Q: If I qualify for a contract with your company, can you obtain a tourist visa for me while my residency case is in process?
A: Yes. If we accept your case and sign a contract, we can obtain tourist visas (where possible) for you and your family during the processing period, allowing you to reside temporarily in another country.

Q: If I do not reach your required score, does that mean I cannot immigrate?
A: No.
Each country has its own immigration requirements.
Our internal scoring system is stricter than government immigration rules.
Not meeting our score does not necessarily mean you are ineligible for immigration—it simply means our company will not take the case.

Q: Why should we pay $1 when search engines and free companies exist?
A: Immigration, residency, citizenship, and studying abroad are among the most important decisions in a person’s or family’s life.

These decisions must be:

  • Based on the laws of the destination country
  • Reviewed by an official licensed lawyer specialized in immigration
  • Tailored specifically to your personal circumstances

Information found online is often:

  • Inaccurate
  • Outdated
  • General and not personalized
  • Not passport-specific
  • Missing critical details and legal exceptions

Your future, time, and finances are extremely valuable and deserve a professional legal evaluation.

Q: Is it better to immigrate to Canada, Australia, or Schengen countries?
A: Immigration to these countries is usually:

  • Very difficult
  • Very expensive
  • Time-consuming
  • Low probability

The countries we operate in offer:

  • Much lower costs
  • Faster processing (often under 6 months)
  • In some cases, citizenship and passport in under 6 months

Many of these passports allow visa-free travel to countries such as:
Japan, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and more.

Q: Are residency conditions the same for everyone?
A: Immigration laws are the same for everyone, but personal conditions differ, such as:

  • Age
  • Education
  • Marital status
  • Assets
  • Current nationality

We evaluate each individual case and provide the best possible personalized option.

Q: Is physical presence required to obtain citizenship?
A: It depends on the country.
Some countries do not require physical presence, while others do.
This is entirely dependent on the destination country’s laws.

Service Fees

  • The cost for two questions for one month is three dollars.

Each question includes a complete, personalized file.
If we accept full responsibility for your case from start to finish, the total cost will be announced based on the country and type of residency.

Q: How long does it take to receive answers?
A: Between 3 to 10 business days, depending on the country and availability of the contracted lawyer.

Q: If I ask a question two days before my membership expires, will I still receive the answer?
A: Yes. Any question asked during your membership period will be answered even if your membership expires before delivery.

Q: Do you accept my immigration case directly?
A: Upon request, we introduce two official lawyers in your destination country.
Choosing and verifying the lawyer is entirely your responsibility.
You may choose our recommended lawyer or another lawyer independently.

Important recommendation:
Always work only with licensed lawyers, not immigration consultants.
Always verify the lawyer and law firm before signing any contract.

We accept cases only if you meet our company’s minimum required score.

Q: Can we sign a contract with your company and let you manage the entire process with the lawyer?
A: Yes, but only if you meet our required evaluation score.

Scoring differs by:

  • Student admission
  • Temporary residence
  • Permanent residence
  • Fast-track citizenship through investment

Your score and eligibility will be clearly stated in the evaluation file we send you.

Q: Do we have to apply through your company, or can we apply independently?
A: You may apply independently without our involvement.
We will explain all steps to you.
In some cases, applications must be submitted through government-approved companies, whose details we will provide if needed.

Whether you choose your own lawyer or work through us, an official licensed lawyer will handle your case.
Applying independently may reduce costs, but working with us significantly improves quality, coordination, and outcome.

Q: Is residency or citizenship guaranteed?
A: No.
No lawyer can guarantee approval.
The final decision rests with the immigration authority of the destination country.

However, if:

  • Your case is properly evaluated
  • Documents are accurately prepared

The probability of success is very high, though never guaranteed.

Q: Do you provide information about asylum or refugee cases?
A: No.
We do not provide any information or services related to asylum or refugee cases.

We only assist with:

  • Temporary residence
  • Permanent residence
  • Citizenship
  • Passports
  • Company registration
  • Student admission and student visas

Q: After obtaining the visa or residency of the country we applied to, does your company provide services to us

  • Professional evaluation conducted with lawyers
  • Introducing two licensed immigration lawyers (upon request)
  • Preparation and delivery of evaluation files
